How to Make Online and Offline Payments for Your Skype Video Session
It is important that all sessions are booked in advance and either paid via the Paypal button below, or by the BACs method below that, or by cheque. Refunds will be arranged if, a minimum of 48hrs notice or more, are given as notice of cancellation. An alternative appointment time can be arranged with a minimum of 24hrs notice or more.
Method 1: Order your Skype video sessions with Paypal.
Method 2: To Pay by BACS.
Please me and I will send you the account details for online payment by direct BACs transfer from your account to mine.
Please remember to use your name as the reference. Thank you.
Method 3: Not everyone is comfortable using their credit card or transferring money online. Hence, it is still possible to pay for your session by cheque or cash, via the postal system.
How to order your Skype video sessions by Royal Mail
Many people still prefer to use the post and so I am happy to receive a UK cheque (payable to "Philip Chave").
Please send it to: The Haven, Street End Lane, Blagdon, Bristol, North Somerset, BS40 7TW.
Don't forget to include your return address and details of how to contact you. Pricing details are above in the drop down boxes. Expect a short delay while your cheque clears. If you send cash, wrap it up in several layers of paper/card. Cash gets lost in the post! Thank You.

Refund policy: Can I end my therapy early?
All fees are payable in advance, by Paypal, BAC's, or by cheque/cash.
Therefore, if you have unfinished sessions, you are at liberty to cancel them at any time. I must have at least 48hrs notice of complete termination of all treatment on approach to the next session, otherwise the session fee is forfeit. A full refund will be forthcoming for any other outstanding sessions based on the rate paid on arrangement.
Cancelling a single appointment requires a minimum of 24hrs notice, otherwise the session fee is forfeit.
Please don't enter a multi-session consultancy if you have no intention of completing it. Try one, two or three sessions first. On that basis, you will know if you have made a sound decision, and of course, if you want then to negotiate lower fees for more sessions, you can.
See the FAQ page for answers to some of the more commonly asked questions, or me with any new questions you need answering before going ahead. Thanks.
